This program is open to kids ages 3 to 12.
Practices: Sundays 9-10AM at Garden State Plaza, Paramus NJ
Dates: January 11th - March 1st
Join us for a one-of-a-kind running experience inside Garden State Plaza! When the mall is closed, we turn the concourse into our very own indoor track — a fun, climate-controlled space where kids can run, learn, and play. Each session includes dynamic stretching, form drills, pacing, and workouts that build speed and endurance. We also introduce field events like hurdles and javelin to keep things exciting and help kids develop coordination and confidence — all in a safe, supportive, and super fun environment! This program is open to all levels.
