Location: Ridgewood Duck Pond

Time: Weekdays from 9AM - 11AM.

Description: This program is a great way to improve your child's running and keep them in shape. Your child will learn static and dynamic stretching, distance running, pacing, form drills, speed, and much more! We include running focused games to teach them agility, endurance, teamwork and competition. This camp is for kids of all levels and abilities, and as such, is hosted in a fun, low pressure environment.
