Saturdays ($160)
Saturdays (Mar-May 2026)

Duration: 8 weeks
Practices: Every Saturday 9-10AM

This program is designed to introduce young athletes to the sport of running in a fun, supportive, and age-appropriate environment. Participants will learn dynamic stretching, proper running form, pacing, speedwork, and endurance, along with exciting field events like hurdles and javelin. Our focus is on building confidence, celebrating small achievements, and helping every child enjoy the process — no matter their starting level. Open to all abilities.
